Synopsis
 Rathnaa
is a film that revolves around a rich fertile village and
its characters. Murali, the Hero lives with his maternal
uncle Kazan who is a big shot in and around that area.
Sangeetha, a pleasant girl comes to that village is
search of a job. Murali falls in love with Sangeetha. His
uncle Kazan has a plan to marry Murali to his daughter
Maheswari. Meanwhile another character Indu, a widow also
loves Murali, but doesn't express her love. Kazan comes
to know about her feelings for Murali and kills her.
Sangeetha comes to know about the clandesine,
unscrupulous activities of Kazan. She flees away while
being chased by Kazan's gang. Murali comes to know that
Sangeetha dies in an accident. He becomes heart broken.
All of sudden the village envisages a chain murder of
Kazan's sub- ordinates. The puzzled Kazan understands
that he has benn targeted by someone. The climax leads to
resolve the conflict and show whether Murali married
Maheswari and saved his uncle from the killer or not.
